Coach Kaity

Kaity has the most amazing capacity to hold space with warmth, kindness and patience. She is intuitive and I would recommend her 100%!

Katie is a very compassionate listener, strong encourager, and sharer of helpful knowledge. She helps one clarify goals, reflect upon insights, and does a fantastic job of following up with requested information and support. I highly recommend her as a life and nutritional coach.

Kaity is really nice and listened openly and without judgment to everything I had to share. She helped give me some encouragement to keep moving forward, and she helped me start to get a plan for our work together.
